GLITCH is etymological and literally speaking a slippery space. An unknown reality that escapes our control and threatens our way of understanding the system, and therefore the world. Countless terms exist in order to name and describe the error, all of them coming from the social and cultural construct that we humans have been responsible for configuring: bug, problem, difficulty, failure, distortion, aberration… concepts turned negative for challenging the established order. But, is the glitch existing out of the human mind?
As artists, we believe that new realms and opportunities permanently unfold on the border, in the unknown. By releasing our expectations, we can observe the possibility of progress harbored in the fissure or the ‘so called’ imperfection, an invitation to review the traditional discourse and to trans-form it. Pushing ourselves into the trans-zone, an uncharted universe emerges, filling us up with light, shadow, silent, and noise. Overall, with freedom.
