ANALYSIS
Examining and organising the content of your creative output, including the artistic pieces, artist statements, and online presence (such as a website and social media). We evaluate together the coherence, message, and presentation of your body of work and provide feedback and tools to refine and enhance your artistic expression.
DEVELOPMENT
The process of conceptualising, planning, and executing artistic projects. It consists of identifying project goals, outlining the necessary steps, and managing the resources and timeline to bring the project to fruition.
CURATION (PORTFOLIO / EXHIBITION / WEBSITE / OTHERS)
Entails selecting and organising a collection of your most powerful work to showcase your artistic repertoire. It can involve the compilation of representative pieces, arranging them in a cohesive manner, and presenting them in a format that effectively communicates your abilities and artistic vision.

We are Pat Lemos (Spain) and Lukas Lehmann (Germany), visual artists based in Iceland and members of the artist duo LEMOS + LEHMANN.
Our process-led practice moves between spirituality, ecology, and culture, drawing from fieldwork and situated creation. For over a decade, we have been and continue to be actively engaged in international exhibitions across museums, galleries, art fairs, and off spaces.
Driven by our passion for collective engagement and creative exchange, we have conducted and participated in artist residencies and cultural initiatives worldwide. Our extensive experience as art facilitators and mediators in multiple educational settings, from the European Erasmus + program till the refugee camps in Sahara, enables us to accompany and sustain individuals and groups with sensitivity, helping to inhabit and elevate their artistic practices.
Through our programs we aim to share insights and tools gained from over fifteen years of experience in the art and cultural field, providing participants with access to this knowledge within a structured and concise timeframe.

Session Schedule: subject to availability and open slots each month. Sessions are held on Mondays and Tuesdays, either in the morning or afternoon, depending on time zone differences.
The sessions are designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs and preferences. Together, we will choose the most convenient pace based on your goals. While maintaining a regular rhythm is recommended for optimal progress, one-off sessions focused on specific objectives can also be arranged.
Each session is recorded, and the audio, along with a summary document of the meeting, is uploaded to a private folder shared between the mentors and participants.
