Pablo Lemos (Spain, 1988) is a cosmologist, which means that he is trying to understand how the Universe started, how it evolved, what it is made of, and what is its ultimate fate. He grew up in A Guarda, a small town in Galicia, in the North West of Spain. After completing a physics undergraduate degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Pablo went to Chicago to study a Masters. Two years later, he moved to the UK, got a PhD from the Institute of Astronomy at the University of Cambridge, and then worked for two years as a postdoctoral researcher at the University College London. He currently works in a similar role at the University of Sussex.
