Melina Aguad is a visual artist whose practice examines the relationships between land, body, and memory. Rooted in the poetics of migration, her work navigates cultural dislocation, ancestral connections, and the tension between territory and heritage. Treating the body as a living archive, she investigates how structures of power inscribe themselves onto it, revealing the body as a site of power and resistance, while holding possibilities for reclamation and renewal through movement and ritual.
