Alba Casas is a multidisciplinary artist and pre-PhD researcher based in Galicia, Spain. They were born in As Neves, a village located on the misty border with Portugal. Deeply connected to the territory, growing up queer in a rural landscape marked by political, social, and geographical frontiers would come to shape their path. Living in between has nurtured Alba’s ability to cross disciplines, concepts, and geographies, leading to a hybrid practice that dissolves traditional limits.
